1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the mobile and desktop game app Amelie Jump and to the privacy pages published for the app. The app is designed to work without user accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, or server-side data storage.

2. Personal data processed by the app

Amelie Jump does not collect, track, transmit, sell, or otherwise share personal data with the developer or third parties during normal gameplay.

3. Local leaderboard and game data

If you use the app, gameplay-related information such as high scores and player-entered leaderboard names may be stored locally on your device only. This local storage is used exclusively to make the app function as intended. The developer does not receive this information.

4. No analytics, no advertising, no profiling

The app does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking technologies, profiling, fingerprinting, or similar technologies.

5. No accounts and no cloud sync

The app does not require registration, does not provide user accounts, and does not synchronize leaderboard data or other gameplay data with external servers.

6. Legal basis

To the extent any information is stored locally on your device for technical reasons, this is necessary to provide the app functionality you request, in particular displaying and retaining local high scores.

7. Data retention

Locally stored scores and related entries remain on your device until you delete them, reset the app, or uninstall the app.

8. Recipients of data

No gameplay data or leaderboard entries are transmitted to the developer. Accordingly, there are no recipients of such data on the developer side in the normal operation of the app.

9. International transfers

No international transfer of gameplay data by the developer takes place because the app does not transmit such data to the developer.

10. Your rights

If applicable under data protection law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Because the app does not collect or store personal data on the developer's systems, these rights may be limited in practice to data stored locally on your own device.

11. Children

The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children. No personal data is intentionally collected by the developer through the app.

12. App Store and platform providers

Distribution of the app through Apple platforms may involve separate processing by Apple as the platform provider. Such processing is governed by Apple's own privacy information and is outside the control of the developer.

13. Contact

If you have privacy-related questions, contact Dennis Scheffel at dennis@scheffel.de.
